Online Coordinator, Glomerata
January 2020Â - May 2022
As an online writer, I crafted and composed articles from trends to student life. I managed a team to create content for the website. I monitored social media sites such as Instagram and Facebook to draw interest in the yearbook. I use analytical measures to determine the success of posts. Distribution is my favorite time of year. As a staff, we promote and distribute over 7,500 books to the student body.
Content Marketing Intern, Jumble & Flow
June 2020 - November 2021
My main project was to optimize LinkedIn by creating interesting series for the target market. I created graphics using Canva software. Additionally, I generated affiliate links to help draw revenue.
Server & Hostess, Kristophers Sports Bar
June 2021Â - August 2021
As a server and hostess, I must multitask and effectively communicate with my coworkers and guests. I provided customized recommendations to guests. I have grown my communication skills by talking to people from all backgrounds.
Team Member, Chicken Salad Chick

My primary duty was greeting/serving guests, operating the POS system for order taking, receiving payments, stocking supplies, running orders, serving guests in the dining room, and maintaining cleanliness/sanitation standards for FOH and restrooms. I worked part-time while attending school. I would pick up shifts to help out my co-workers.

I observed the operations of a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. I was able to gain experience with Salesforce and Excel as I entered client information. I completed a SWOT analysis and marketing plan to promote the new retail website. I have always been drawn towards non-profits and helping people.

I learned customer service skills by aiding customers in their purchases and making recommendations. I periodically viewed the store's Shopify account to analyze sales and search for shopping patterns. I learned financial practices by closing the books at the end of each night.

Through my time at the grocery store, I learned the importance of customer service as well as time management skills. I balanced work and school. I developed relationships with frequent customers. Furthermore, I received an award based on customer feedback.
